Board Certified Family Practice with extensive training and experience from over 20 years of evaluating and treating individuals,
both children and adults, with ADHD, Autism, and related disorders. Carefully conducted evaluations along with individually
tailored treatment plans are offered.

Corrina Lindblom, M.A., Ed.S., LEP #2910
Licensed Educational Psychologist with both research and practical experience in psychoeducational assessmments and treatment
of learning and behavioral disorders in children. She is experienced and specifically trained in addressing social skills
defcits. Psychoeducational assessments are performed using state of the art diagnostic tools along with a caring, empathetic,
and thorough approach.
Susan Deax-Keirns, MFTI #41303
Marriage Family Therapist Intern, providing therapy to individuals and families with experience working with both
children and adults. She is a mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioral therapist who uses a trauma informed
approach to treatment planning.
